Product Manager - Platform (m/f/m)

Safe is redefining self-custodial onchain treasury management, currently securing over $60B in assets.

As the industry standard for multi-sig infrastructure, Safe{Wallet} empowers both developers and crypto-native organizations. We facilitate multi-million dollar treasury operations for top-tier protocols and institutions, including the Ethereum Foundation, Ethena, World, Aave, Wintermute, Multicoin, and Polymarket.

In this role, you will

• Own the Platform End-to-End: Lead the strategy for Safe API products, developer dashboards, documentation, and core infrastructure services (Indexing, Transaction services, etc.).
• Drive Strategic Roadmap: Define a clear, outcome-focused platform roadmap grounded in validated user needs rather than just ecosystem narratives.
• Validate Demand: Work directly with developers, ecosystem partners, and enterprise clients to separate signal from noise and quantify real market opportunities.
• Tight Scoping & Execution: Partner with senior engineering teams to break down large technical initiatives into scoped, shippable increments with clear milestones.
• Commercialize the Platform: Identify and build monetizable capabilities, including billing infrastructure and enterprise-grade platform offerings.
• Explore New Frontiers: Lead strategic evaluations of emerging trends like AI/agentic workflows (MCP) and on-prem solutions to ensure Safe remains the foundational layer for automated onchain activity.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, Revenue, and Marketing to ensure high-quality launches and GTM success.

You might be a great fit if you have

• Web3 & Crypto Fluency: You have a solid understanding of the Web3, crypto, or blockchain ecosystem and understand the specific needs of onchain developers.
• AI-Curious Mindset: You are fluent in using AI tools to accelerate your work and can pragmatically evaluate where agents create real value for enterprises.
• Senior IC Experience: You are a seasoned Product Manager with a track record in platform, infrastructure, or API-driven environments.
• Technical Fluency: You have a deep understanding of developer platforms (you don’t need to be an ex-engineer, but you must speak their language fluently).
• Discovery Mastery: You excel at customer research and possess the "product instinct" to translate raw feedback into scalable features.
• Disciplined Prioritization: You are comfortable making high-stakes decisions and saying "no" to low-impact initiatives, even when they are part of a popular industry narrative.
• High Ownership: You operate with extreme accountability, taking responsibility for adoption and commercial success, not just feature delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience in Web3, crypto, or blockchain ecosystems.
• Exposure to enterprise platform monetization and billing models.
• Background in scaling API products from 0 → 1.
• Familiarity with infrastructure services, indexing, or transaction systems.
