About the Role
Safe Wallet Enterprise represents a strategic evolution as we introduce our first structured commercial motion towards our users. We are launching a paid Enterprise product designed to drive long-term sustainability and foster deeper partnerships with the high-volume users who have relied on Safe for years.
As an Account Executive, you will shape and scale this initiative. You will engage directly with crypto-native teams - protocols, startups, VCs, funds, and smart contract operators - guiding their transition to Enterprise and cementing trusted commercial relationships around infrastructure they already depend on.
This role demands crypto fluency, structured sales acumen, and strong personal ownership, empowering you to define how Safe monetizes sustainably and at scale.

In this role, you will
- Own a €500k+ ARR revenue target in year one
- Convert high-usage Safe accounts and inbound interest into Enterprise deals
- Build and manage a data-driven outbound pipeline
- Run Enterprise conversations end-to-end within a structured CRM process
- Analyze funnel performance and continuously improve conversion
- Share market insights with Product and Leadership to shape Safe’s Enterprise narrative
- Drive geo-focused growth by representing Safe Labs at key conferences and building pipeline in priority financial hubs (e.g. NYC, London, Singapore, Hong Kong)
You might be a great fit if you have
- Experience in B2B sales, ideally in technical environments
- Deep crypto literacy, especially within Ethereum and the EVM ecosystem
- Understanding of treasury operations, protocol mechanics, or smart account architecture
- High self-direction and comfort operating without a fully built playbook
- Structured thinking and an analytical approach to funnel management
- Professional communication presence across video calls, Telegram, Slack, Email, in-person meetings and conference attendances
- Strong English (written and spoken)
- Articulating and defending the value of Safe Enterprise to win customers in monetization-sensitive environments
- Navigating pushback around monetization in crypto-native contexts
- Learning technical product depth and translating it into commercial value
- Operating in an environment with high expectations and direct feedback

- Experience selling into crypto-native teams
- Existing personal network within the Ethereum ecosystem
- Exposure to compliance, treasury tooling, or infrastructure platforms
- Experience in early-stage or scale-up revenue build environments
